How we pick the route
- Flat ground and elevator routes with few stairs, so the whole group moves together even with slower walkers.
- Only places a full-size coach can reach, with a safe spot to get on and off.
- Nothing goes in just because it is famous. We go where people are going now.
When the group is large
- Everyone gets a name tag with an emergency contact and the vehicle number.
- Guests move in pairs and look out for each other.
- After booking, we send reminders 3 days before, 1 day before and on the day.
