Terms of Service
인정코리아 주식회사 ("the Company") is a travel agency registered under the Korean Tourism Promotion Act, providing tour booking and payment services through this website.
A travel contract is formed when the customer submits a booking request, the Company accepts it, and payment is completed. A booking request alone does not constitute a contract; the Company may decline a booking depending on guide availability.
The Company may alter part of an itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, or traffic restrictions. In such cases the Company will notify the customer in advance and offer a comparable alternative.
Customers must follow the guide's safety instructions during the tour. Customers are responsible for damage caused by their own intent or negligence.
Matters not specified herein are governed by the Standard Domestic Travel Terms and applicable Korean law.
Age & Pricing
Children aged 2 and under join free of charge. They must be accompanied by a guardian; please include them in your party when booking.
From age 3, everyone pays the same rate regardless of age. There is no separate child rate.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our tours are small private departures, so once a booking is confirmed the guide and vehicle are held for you on that date. Cancellations are handled as below. The cancellation time is when the Company receives your notice.

| Illness preventing travel | Refunded for that guest with a local medical certificate submitted within 3 days of the tour date |
If the tour is cancelled by the Company, or becomes impossible due to force majeure such as severe weather, the full amount paid is refunded.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. For card payments, it may take 3–5 business days for the card issuer to process the reversal.
If you booked through another platform such as Klook or Viator, that platform's cancellation policy applies and the cancellation must be made there.

Personal Data
The Company collects your name, contact details, nationality, and itinerary information solely to fulfil your booking and assign a guide. Data is used only for that purpose and deleted after the retention period required by law.
Payment details are never stored by the Company. Payment processing is outsourced to PortOne Inc. (payment integration) and KG Inicis Co., Ltd. (card payment processing).
